As much as we all love our Concept2 equipment, sometimes we want to mix in other movements. Concept2 employees wrote up a few of their favorite body weight workouts—no other equipment needed besides your favorite Concept2 machine. Concept2 employees are a lucky bunch: We’re able to fit in workouts during lunch breaks, in between meetings, and before and after work. The Concept2 workout room isn’t huge, but it’s a busy and practically-built space for our 80 employees to row, ski, ride, lift and train.

I love movement and exercise, and if you're reading this then chances are you enjoy a healthy dose of movement as well. We rely on our bodies as vehicles for movement and they usually deliver, allowing us collectively to do some amazing things. Sometimes, however, bodies break down and we get injured. And when that happens it can be an incredibly frustrating thing, especially when it prevents us from moving in the way we are used to and from doing the things we love.
