Viewing Workouts in Memory

  1. On the Main Menu, select More Options.
  2. Select Memory.
  3. Use the up and down arrows to navigate to the workout you want to view, and select the magnifying glass icon (fourth button on the right).

Workout information is displayed as a final result for the total distance or time and as a set of points (or segments) along the way called “splits.”
