Cannot Update Firmware with the USB Flash Drive


Attempting to update the PM5 firmware with the USB flash drive results in a failure.


Please ensure you have good batteries in your PM5, reset the monitor using the Reset button on the back, and try the update via USB flash drive again. If the update fails after this attempt, perform the update using a USB cable and the Concept2 Utility instead. If using the Concept2 Utility to update the firmware also fails, contact Concept2 for assistance.
