Proper SkiErg technique uses the legs as well as the arms and core. However, the SkiErg also works well as an upper-body-only training tool. This can come in handy when you’re dealing with a lower body injury.

Concept2 had a great weekend in Boston at the New England Boomers and Seniors Expo, held October 29–30 at the Seaport World Trade Center Boston, despite low attendance due to an unexpected fall storm. The record-breaking storm dumped heavy, wet snow across southern New England, prompting Governor Deval Patrick to declare a state of emergency.
