PM4 Version Timeline & Checking Your Firmware Version

PM4 Firmware Version Timeline

There are two current versions of PM4 Firmware:

  • Version 313 (released November 2010)
  • Version 26 (released November 2010)

Current firmware releases resolve many of the issues identified in earlier firmware versions. If you are not running the most current firmware for your monitor, we recommend upgrading. Visit the Firmware Overview page if you need information about which firmware version applies to your monitor.

Checking Your Firmware Version

  1. Power up the PM4 and access the PM4 Main Menu. (If you use a LogCard to turn on the PM4, or if there is a LogCard in the PM4 when you turn it on, you will need to select a user on the LogCard, and then select Main Menu.)
  2. From the Main Menu, select More Options > Utilities > Product ID. The version number will be listed as "PM4 Firmware Version" at the top of the Product ID window (see figure below):

If the version number displayed is anything but the current version, Concept2 recommends updating your firmware.
