Community Rowing

Rowing on Big Hosmer Pond
Up here in northern Vermont, it isn’t often that we have a regatta in our backyard. In fact, there aren’t even many opportunities to learn to row, or to row on a regular basis. But in the last few years, the Craftsbury Outdoor Center (COC) has been offering “Community Rowing” twice a week throughout the summer and into September on Big Hosmer Pond, in Craftsbury, Vermont. Introducing Stephanie Campbell

Sep 30, 2013

We’re excited to welcome the newest member to the Concept2 team: Stephanie Campbell joined our Marketing Team in August as our new Graphic Designer. We thank her for over 20 years with Concept2! Continue Reading ›

Eric Murray and Hamish Bond's (New Zealand) record-breaking 16th consecutive gold medal

Another World Championships has come and gone, and there is no doubt athletes and attendees will look back at this as one of best rowing events held this past year. Upon arrival at the course, you can’t help but notice the newness of the venue, which was completed in 2012. Early in the week, the final touches were being installed to fully prepare the grounds for the World Championships (I even watched a crew lay the final pavers in the walkway connecting the main building to the brand new boat bays).
