Short

2 x 4000m with cadence increase / 4 min easy

Ride two 4000 meter pieces. In each piece, ride the first 2000m @ 70 rpm. Then 1000m @ 80 rpm, 500m @ 90 rpm and 500m @ 100 rpm. Pedal easily for four minutes during the rest period.
