With the end of the year approaching, FSA dollars expire December 31st, making now the perfect time to invest in your fitness with Concept2. 

Here's How to Use Your HSA/FSA Funds with Concept2’s Partnership with Truemed 

Step 1: Checkout on concept2.com with your normal payment method – make sure not to use your HSA/FSA debit card. After your purchase, check your confirmation screen or receipt email for a link to the Truemed survey. 

Step 2: Complete the short health survey that was sent to you via email or on the confirmation screen of your purchase. A licensed provider will review your answers and determine whether to provide you with a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) within 1-2 days. Note: The survey must be taken on the same day as your purchase. 

Step 3: Submit your receipt and LMN to your HSA/FSA administrator for reimbursement. Truemed will guide you if you are unfamiliar with the process.  

Step 4. Get reimbursed from your pre-tax HSA/FSA. Claims are usually paid out in 2-4 weeks. You’ll be eligible to spend pre-tax money with Concept2 (the approved merchant) for 12 months with your LMN.

Will the LMN from Truemed be accepted by my HSA/FSA Manager?
A Truemed Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) meets all IRS requirements, making your wellness expenses fully reimbursable.
