How to Use

Three ErgData fields are displayed as units of weight:

• Ave. Force
• Peak Force
• The weight used to calculate weight adjusted scores

You can choose to view these values in either pounds or kilograms. To select your preferred unit of measurement:

1. Access the Concept2 Online Logbook screen in ErgData (the fourth ErgData screen).
2. In the General section, tap Lbs or Kgs to change the calculations to that unit.
