The Concept2 50th Anniversary Golden Erg 2026 Giveaway will be held between July 15-21, 2026. 

Individuals may be eligible (subject to conditions below) for the chance to win one (1) Concept2 Golden Erg valued at $1500.00 (the “Prize”), which will be provided to one (1) winner (the “Winner”) free of charge. To enter the Giveaway, you must submit your full name and email address as set out below. Winner will be selected in a random drawing and the Prize will be awarded and provided to one (1) eligible winner.

How to enter

To be eligible for the drawing, individuals must complete and submit the official giveaway sign-up form between July 15, 12:01 am ET and July 21, 5:00 pm ET with their name, email address and consent to sign up for the Concept2 email newsletter. Only one (1) entry per person. Late submissions cannot be accepted. All results MUST be submitted by July 21, 5:00 pm ET to be eligible to win. Limit one entry per person.

Eligibility

Open to legal residents in 49 of the 50 United States (Rhode Island excluded). Must be 18 years of age or older to enter. Concept2, Inc. (“Concept2”) employees or their household members are not eligible. Residents outside the United States are not eligible to enter or win.

Drawing

A random drawing will be conducted on or about July 22, 2026 by Concept2 to select the winner from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.

How winner will be notified

The Prize winner will be notified via email on or before July 24, 2026 at 11:59 ET. If a winner is ineligible or unable to accept the prize awarded, a new winner will be selected from all eligible entries. Prize will be delivered by FedEx at Concept2’s expense within the U.S.

This Concept2 50th Anniversary Golden Erg 2026 Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Concept2, Inc. 
Potential winner will be notified by email and must sign and return any required form within five (5) days of the date notice is sent or such other date set by Concept2. Failure to respond within the applicable time period will result in forfeiture of the Prize and Concept2 shall have the option to award the Prize to an alternate winner. The return of any Prize notification or Prize as undeliverable may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected.

All income taxes resulting from acceptance of the Prize are the responsibility of winner and winners will be required to complete and provide IRS Form W-9 (Rev. March 2024) prior to Concept2 shipping any Prize. A link will be emailed by Avalara/Track 1099 to the winner(s) with instructions on how to complete the W-9. Upon favorable notification from Avalara/Track 1099, Concept2 will release the order for shipment.

By entering this Concept2 50th Anniversary Golden Erg 2026 Giveaway (“Giveaway”), entrants waive all right to, and hold Concept2 harmless from, any claim, liability, loss, damage (including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages), or expense (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in this Giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. Concept2 will not be responsible for: late, incomplete, or incorrect entries; an entrant's failure to receive prize notices due to entrant's spam, junk email, or other security settings or for entrants' provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information; technical, hardware, or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in this Giveaway; by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this Giveaway; or any typographical, technological, or other error in the publishing of the offer, administration of the Giveaway, or announcement of the prizes. In the event of termination, winner will be selected from among all eligible entries received as of date of termination. In the event a dispute arises as to the identity of a potentially winning entrant, entries will be declared made by the name on the official giveaway sign-up form.

Entrant releases Concept2, Inc. and its agents from any liability arising from the publicity of entrant’s identity and from any claim, demand or loss whatsoever arising from or related to this Giveaway or its prize.

Entrant agrees that all matters arising out of or relating to this Giveaway and these Concept2 50th Anniversary Golden Erg 2026 Giveaway Rules (“Rules”) are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vermont without giving effect to any of its conflict of laws provisions. Entrant further agrees that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Giveaway and these Rules shall be brought exclusively in the applicable federal or state courts located in Burlington, Vermont.

The Prize cannot be substituted for any other Prize or exchanged for cash. Void in RI and where prohibited by law.
