If you are having trouble pairing your PM5 with the ErgData app, make sure that you are trying to pair within the ErgData app rather than in the Android’s phone settings. If you have paired the PM5 with your Android in the phone settings, take the following steps:
- In your phone's settings, “forget” (unpair) the PM5.
- Follow the video or instructions here for how to pair your PM5 to your device from within the ErgData app.
Once it is paired, ErgData will remember the connection.
