Ed Harrold's Flexibility For Athletes™ develops peak performance by creating a "body OVER mind" atmosphere. Harnessing the wisdom of the body, this program uses basic, intermediate and advanced yogic breathing techniques as Inspiratory Muscle Training to optimize your training.

In addition to the sport-specific breath work, we combine cross-patterning yoga sequencing that creates more body awareness, balance, strength and flexibility. The program includes select mental training that creates positive patterning towards the task at hand and guarantees optimal performance in every workout.

Our training philosophy improves performance by increasing energy, vigor, stamina and endurance with a built-in relaxation response for a meditation-in-motion workout with a faster recovery time.

About Ed Harrold

Edward Harrold, The Athletic Yogi™, is a studio owner of Comfort Zone Center for Whole Self Health in Delaware, a Director of Yoga & Sports Training for The Kripalu Institute For Extraordinary Living in Massachusetts and the originator of the Flexibility For Athletes™ breath based training program. He leads programs and workshops and has released a series of instructional DVD's, podcast workouts and a yoga and fitness internet streaming video website.
