Troubleshooting Your PM1

New problems may arise that are not dealt with in this troubleshooting section. We would appreciate any information you may have to help us deal with these situations.

| Monitor display is fading. | The monitor needs new batteries. | Follow battery replacement. |
| Monitor is displaying split digits. | The monitor needs to be reinitialized. | Follow reinitialization instructions. |
| Monitor won't allow you to set a preset workout. | The monitor needs to be reinitialized. | Follow reinitialization instructions. |
| Monitor is only displaying zeroes but won't register anything while rowing | PM1 pickup wire may not be securely plugged in on the back of monitor. | Make sure the plug is inserted completely. |
