Time in Transit
Concept2 Indoor Rowers are currently shipping via UPS Ground service and typically ship from Vermont within 5 business days of order placement. If you need a more detailed ship date, please call us at 1.800.245.5676 (Monday–Friday 7:30 a.m.–5 p.m. Eastern time). Please have your order number ready when you call.
Once an Indoor Rower ships, the time in transit varies as follows:
- Northeast US—allow 1 to 3 days
- Southeast/Midwest US—allow 3 to 5 days
- West US & Canada—allow 7 to 10 days

Canadian Taxes and Brokerage
Canadian Customers please note the following:

- Provincial Sales Tax (PST) in some provinces
The fees (GST, PST, and brokerage combined) for single Indoor Rowers shipped into Canada are as follows:
Model D: approximately US$190.00 (converted to Canadian dollars based on current exchange rate)
Model E: approximately US$250.00 (converted to Canadian dollars based on current exchange rate)
These fees are payable to the UPS Canada Customs Brokerage Department, not to Concept2. If you have a UPS Canada shipper account these fees will be included in your weekly UPS bill. If you do not have a UPS Canada shipper account, you will be contacted by UPS Canada Customs Brokerage Department in advance of delivery to arrange for payment of these fees. The fees for clothing and accessories vary based upon the total value of the order and are also payable to the freight carrier.
