U.S. and Canadian individuals can purchase Concept2 Indoor Rowers directly from Concept2. Call 800.245.5676 (Monday–Friday 7:30 a.m.–5 p.m. Eastern time) to place your order.
If you are a commercial or institutional customer, please place your order through Concept2 CTS by calling 877.887.8014.
General Information & Time in Transit
Concept2 Indoor Rowers ship via UPS Ground service and typically leave Vermont within 5 business days of order placement. If you need a more detailed ship date, please specify this when you place your order.
Once an indoor rower ships, the time in transit varies as follows:
- Northeast U.S.—allow 1 to 3 days
- Southeast/Midwest U.S.—allow 3 to 5 days
- Western U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & Canada—allow 5 to 10 days
Indoor rowers are shipped without a signature required. If you are not home, UPS will usually leave the package for you at your main entrance. If you would like to request that a signature be required for delivery, please call to place your order.

The fees (GST, PST, and brokerage combined) for a single indoor rower shipped into Canada range from approximately US $190–$225 for a Model D (depending on which performance monitor you choose) and US $250 for a Model E, based on the current exchange rate. These fees are payable to the UPS Canada Customs Brokerage Department, not to Concept2. If you have a UPS Canada shipper account these fees will be included in your weekly UPS bill. If you do not have a UPS Canada shipper account, you can either contact UPS Canada to provide payment in advance of delivery or UPS will collect these fees at the time of delivery. The fees for clothing and accessories vary based upon the total value of the order and are also payable to the freight carrier. |
