U.S. and Canadian commercial and institutional customers can purchase Concept2 Indoor Rowers directly from Concept2 CTS.

Time in Transit

Concept2 Indoor Rowers ship via UPS Ground service and typically leave Vermont within 5 business days of order placement. If you need a more detailed ship date, please specify this when you place your order.

Once an indoor rower ships, the time in transit varies as follows:

• Northeast U.S.—allow 1 to 3 days
• Southeast/Midwest U.S.—allow 3 to 5 days
• Western U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & Canada—allow 5 to 10 days

Expedited Shipping & Other Options

The indoor rowers are shipped without a signature required (if you are not home, UPS will usually leave it for you at your main entrance). If you would like to request that a signature be required for delivery, please call to place your order.

Shipping Charges to Continental U.S.A. (Lower 48 States)

All orders submitted to us on the internet to ship to the continental U.S. will ship via UPS Ground service. If you require expedited shipping via air service please call toll-free 800.245.5676 (Monday–Friday 7:30 a.m.–5 p.m. Eastern time) to place your order.

Shipping Charges to Alaska and Hawaii

All indoor rower and Slide orders submitted to us on the internet to ship to Alaska and Hawaii will ship via UPS Ground service. All clothing and accessory orders submitted to us on the internet will ship via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. If you require a different method for shipping please call toll-free 800.245.5676 (Monday–Friday 7:30 a.m.–5 p.m. Eastern time) to place your order.

Shipping to APO/FPO Addresses

All indoor rower and Slide orders ship to APO/FPO addresses via U.S. Postal Service Parcel Post. All clothing and accessory orders ship via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. Shipping charges vary according to ZIP Code. Please call for shipping rates and to place your order.

Shipping Charges to Puerto Rico

All indoor rower and Slide orders submitted to us on the internet to ship to Puerto Rico will ship via UPS Ground service. All clothing and accessory orders submitted to us on the internet will ship via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. Shipping Charges to Canada

All indoor rower, Slide, clothing and accessory orders valued at U.S. $200.00 or more submitted to us on the internet to ship to Canada will ship via UPS International Standard Service. All clothing and accessory orders submitted to us on the internet valued at less than U.S. $200.00 will ship via Postal Service. Canadian Taxes and Brokerage

Canadian Customers please note the following:

• All prices as quoted are in U.S. dollars.
• All shipments to Canada are subject to additional fees which include:
  • Brokerage charge
  • Federal Goods and Services Tax (GST)
  • Provincial Sales Tax (PST) in some provinces

The fees (GST, PST, and brokerage combined) for single indoor rowers shipped into Canada are as follows:

• Model D: approximately U.S. $190.00 (converted to Canadian dollars based on current exchange rate)
• Model E: approximately U.S. $250.00 (converted to Canadian dollars based on current exchange rate)

These fees are payable to the UPS Canada Customs Brokerage Department, not to Concept2. If you have a UPS Canada shipper account these fees will be included in your weekly UPS bill. If you do not have a UPS Canada shipper account, you will be contacted by UPS Canada Customs Brokerage Department in advance of delivery to arrange for payment of these fees. The fees for clothing and accessories vary based upon the total value of the order and are also payable to the freight carrier.
