I do indoor rowing essentially to keep fit. Over the years I have had success in triathlon , duathlon, and road running (still doing ultramarathons)but these have never seemed as hard as doing an indoor rowing race.
I believe the Concept2 is the most useful tool for gaining and maintaining fitness. |
