just finished my first year on the erg.having a great time ,but it has cut into my running.this year i must work on balance{erg 20 k and run 10 miles a day would be perfect}.i have joined N.F.R.C.{a no frills rowing club}whose only requirement is to average 10k a day.if we could just double our crew and get 3 new ergers it could put us in the top ten.please consider joining up with us,it will be great having company. and if you are or have ever been an ultrarunner,we could swap war stories . |
