Ed Heller
West Chester OH USA Took up rowing in February 2009 after (like a number of others) my running was sidelined by a foot issue. I'm considered light, old, and slow; but doggedly persistent. Personal goals for the 2010 Season: average a minimum of 5km/day, get the 2,000 under 7:30, and set new PBs at all distances/times up through (at least) a HM.

Cincinnati OH USA I am approaching 5 years of rowing; both on the erg and OTW. I am one of those odd people who prefer the erg to a boat---likely due to the efficiency of the erg and there is no need to carry the boat and worry about weather. I love the Row pro river and I try to get there 4-6 x a week. I've rowed just over 8 million meters. My outdoor sports are running, some biking and golf.
