I am a practicing trial lawyer who can't sleep, so 0515 usually finds me at the club, lifting and, effective Labor Day 2006, erging on. I am averaging 8-10K per day. W & F are serious lifting days, so getting 10K in as well is hard work for this tired body. I erg for the aerobic exercise and calorie burn. I am delighted to be a member of The Ancient Mariners, and am extraordinarily impressed with the overall fitness and excellent mental attitude of our team. |
