Hanson MA USA As a senior at St. Paul’s School in Concord in 1966, I stroked a truly fine eight - defeated only in the final race of the Princess Elizabeth Cup at the Henley Regatta by an astoundingly good British boat from Emanuel School. Fast forward to 2009 and, despite having had emergency abdominal surgery two years ago, I find myself staying quite satisfyingly fit and in control of diabetes.
