East Lansing MI USA VIRTUAL I also enjoy cycling, especially on a trike, and rowing on wheels on my Irish Mail. http://www.math.msu.edu/~drachman/cycle/irishmail.html I usually watch one of Xeno's DVD's when I use the C2. They're great fun. I also row on the water.

Grove City OH USA 3/14/2006 I started indoor rowing at the local YMCA for exercise and weight loss. I used to run for these reasons but after three knee surguries, foot surgery, and other ortho problems, I needed some other form of exercise. I have only been rowing for about two weeks but it feels like home. This is something I look forward to instead of put up with. I want one million meters by my birthday on 10/20 when I will be 58 years old.

newport beach ca USA The Iron Oarsman is great for learning and motivation. I have done endurance sports for thirty years. Rowing is the best because it builds one up and repairs past injuries instead of breaking one down. Xeno and the Iron oarsman are the best.
