INTERESTED? DROP ME AN EMAIL AND WE CAN TAKE IT FROM THERE, BUT REMEMBER TO GIVE ME AN ACTIVE REPLY EMAIL PLEASE
We are concept 2 users who are Scottish either genetically or by residence. Members can be young/old, male/female, big/small, experienced or not. We are here to enjoy ourselves and to offer support and encouragement for our team members in what can be a solitary sport. All we ask is a minimum commitment to row 5km per week (as a commitment to your own health) and to log your metres on the concept 2 site website under the "Scotland The Wave" banner.
We are a friendly bunch and we don't bite!

I do indoor rowing essentially to keep fit. Over the years I have had success in triathlon , duathlon, and road running (still doing ultramarathons)but these have never seemed as hard as doing an indoor rowing race.
I believe the Concept2 is the most useful tool for gaining and maintaining fitness.

Back on the rower after a couple of years. Lost 23Kg (from 147Kg!!!) last time and reached 6:50.0 for 2000m. Now dropped 18KG (after 16 weeks) towards losing 24Kg to get under 100Kg for 1st time in 25 years! Will I make it? Will I get under 7 mins again? Watch me go.....
