Hello,
My best marathon so far is, 176:37.4 which I rowed for marathon month 2006.
I have been rowing since 1992; I hit 52 million lifetime meters in 2007. This is the best way I have found to stay fit for life. God Bless Concept II.

Can any one give me some advice on my rowing machine setup? I am having a big problem with water ingress, every time I place my concept 2 rower in my local river it sinks. Rowing is proving to be a very expensive hobby, as Concept rowers don’t come cheap.
Your help in this matter will be greatly appreciated
