Just purchased a used Concept2 in August 05 and started rowing. Rowing for weight loss and general fitness. Goal right now is to simply develop a routine of 30 minutes per day for 6 days a week and then set some goals for personal times. Joined Rensselaer club since I did my graduate work there.
