Have completed 17 Million Metres (10,000 Miles and a bit)and still going (19/04/09). Completed my first (and possibly last) marathon on the 23rd April 2006 (St Georges Day) to coincide with the London Marathon, when they were running, I was rowing, did it in 3 Hrs 42 Mins 19.3 secs. UUURGH! Have suffered Tennis elbow since May 2008 but it's now eased off so getting back to rowing again......slowly.	2,462,689
