The Iron Oarsman is great for learning and motivation.
I have done endurance sports for thirty years. Rowing is the best because it builds one up and repairs past injuries instead of breaking one down. Xeno and the Iron oarsman are the best.

I race for Countrywide MAD Team IRC but all my training meters go to Iron Oarsman as my good friend Mr Xeno Muller has really helped me with my erging!

Not so lean now... GOAL is: 77.1 kg of lean muscle from a PEAK of 99.6 kg (with not so lean muscle)! The C2 is the best way to do it... with the proper diet of course! Goal for the 2009 rowing season: 2 million meters.

Purchased a C2 for home in Oct. 2000 to combat 10 years of relative inactivity. I've been a dedicated user ever since. Iron Oarsman studio is a must on my two trips to California per year.

I row a Maas Aero on Paintsville Lake in eastern Kentucky; I'm a US Rowing referee and a nonresident member of Oak Ridge (TN) Rowing Association; and I get up 5 am every day (in the off season) and row my Model D. Great way to burn off stress. Rowing has helped me lose weight and get my cardiovascular and strength fitness back. And it feels so good!

I also enjoy cycling, especially on a trike, and rowing on wheels on my Irish Mail.

I usually watch one of Xeno's DVD's when I use the C2. They're great fun. I also row on the water.

Rowed at Univ of San Diego in 1985. Just trying to stay in shape. This is the fourth year I've really gotten into the log board. Keeps the motivation high. Want to stay on a 1,500,000 meter per year pace. Trying to lower my times: 1K 3:14.4, 2K 6:35.6, 5K 17:45.7, 10K 37:09.6.
