torlow@hotmail.com - A nice sailing season (best yet). I apologize to my AM teammates for not carrying my weight during the sailing season. We do a sail school for about 500 kids and this year was demanding on my time. This is combined with a 40 event race schedule. Feels good to get back into rowing. Very humbling in terms of of how fast conditioning fails. Sailing can be physically demanding at times but rowing grabs you with every stroke.
