Cannot Sync Workouts

If you are having trouble syncing workouts:

  • Make sure that you've entered the username and password for your Concept2 Online Logbook on the fourth ErgData screen. You must enter them exactly as you normally would to access your online logbook at concept2.com.
  • Make sure that you have a good internet connection.
  • Make sure you have new workouts to upload. If ErgData finds the same workout in your online logbook, it will not re-upload them.
  • Make sure the workouts you are trying to sync were done during the current ranking year. For more information, read More About Syncing Workouts.
  • Wait a bit and try again later.
