Editing Your Workout Upload Settings

If you plan to use the Concept2 Utility frequently to upload your workouts to your online logbook at, saving your upload settings will save you from having to correct/edit information in your online logbook after you upload workouts. To access the Edit Settings window, click Settings on the Data Viewer window.

  1. Establish an internet connection.
  2. If you have not already done so, download and install the Concept2 Utility, and then run it.
  3. Attach a device as applicable:
    • Insert a USB flash drive into your computer or
    • Connect a PM or card reader to your computer and insert a LogCard into it
  4. On the main Concept2 Utility window, click Transfer Data > Upload to Online Logbook. The utility will read the USB flash drive or LogCard, and display the workout data in the Data Viewer window.
  5. Click Settings.
  6. Edit information on the Edit Settings window as follows:
    • Default Type—Choose which type of machine you typically use.
    • Default Weight—Choose your weight class (applicable for indoor rowing workouts only).
  7. Click OK.
