How to Use

Pairing Your Suunto Chest Belt with Your PM4

Before the PM4 can detect your heart rate from the Suunto chest belt, you need to pair the ID of your chest belt with your PM4. If you use a LogCard with your PM4, your chest belt ID is saved to your LogCard, and you should only have to perform this pairing once. If you do not use a LogCard with your PM4, you will need to repeat the pairing process every time you row.

Pairing Without a LogCard

  1. From the back of the Suunto transmitter, obtain the eight digit ID of your chest belt (see image).
