During training camp at Telemark Lodge in Cable, Wisconsin, I had a great opportunity to meet a handful of wonderful women. The group “Ski and Tea” came for a ski walking clinic lead by the CXC Women’s Team. We did some mobility drills, ski walking intervals up Telemark Mountain, and yoga. Waking up to Reebok/CrossFit

Travel is already difficult enough with plenty of drinking, lots of eating, and little sleep, so during my last trip to Seoul, Korea, I added a little extra, CrossFit at 6:30 a.m.! Creature of Habit

Last week, I raced at the 2011 World Rowing Championships in Bled in Canada’s women’s 8+. It seems like it was ages ago, but I had an experience which is of relevance to this blog and is hopefully useful to all rowers. On one of the competition days, I was struck by how much I am a creature of habit.
