One of the hardest things about sticking to an exercise routine is keeping it fresh. Unless you’re following a structured workout program, most of us tend to fall back on the same handful of trusty sessions.
In order to help out, we have our Workout of the Day. Each day we give you three different workout options—short (under 30 minutes), medium (under 45 minutes) and long (over an hour). If none of them appeals, you can swap them for an alternative, or use one as the basis for your own workout.
We’ve now launched the Workout of the Day email to make it even easier for you to get some inspiration. Once you’ve subscribed, you’ll receive a daily email with all three workouts. After you've finished your chosen workout, make sure you log it in the Concept2 Logbook as well for further motivation!
