Boomers & Seniors Expo in Boston
We just finished up a fantastic weekend at the Head of the Charles Regatta, but we’re already packing up the van for another trip to Boston!

Concept2 employee Cheryl Hamilton and certified indoor rowing instructor Lowell Caylor will be at the New England Boomers this weekend, October 29–30, at the Seaport World Trade Center Boston. Expo hours are Saturday 9 a.m.–6 p.m. and Sunday 9 a.m.–4 p.m.
Come learn about indoor rowing, ask questions about training or technique, or get coached by Lowell! Lowell and his wife Laura own Greenville Indoor Rowing in Greenville, South Carolina. He has logged over 22 million meters in over 20 years of rowing. A former defensive back on the 1964 Cleveland Browns World Championship team, Lowell began rowing as a way to stay in shape after his professional athletic career.
Rowing is especially suitable for older adults because is it easy on joints, low-impact, and promotes functional movements. Jere Cook, another Concept2 indoor rowing instructor, recently published his book Fitness for Boomers: Strength Flexibility Endurance Balance. This is a good resource for maturing adults looking to start an exercise routine.
