Best in Class

Apr 11, 2013

For years, the Concept2 Indoor Rower has been used in all types of wellness facilities, and it's proven to be an effective tool for weight loss, injury rehabilitation, and diabetes and osteoporosis management. So it was a great honor to be recognized recently as one of the “Best in Class for Medical Wellness Training and Exercise Equipment” by the Medical Wellness Association (MWA).

At the MWA’s 12th Annual Medical Wellness Forum, the Best of Medical Wellness Awards were presented at the International Health, Racquet & Sportsclub Association’s (IHRSA) 2013 Annual Convention in Las Vegas, Nevada, in March. The MWA recognized the companies and organizations that provide products and services that meet or exceed medical wellness standards and guidelines.

Based on product service experience and reviews by the professional Association for the Medical Wellness Industry, the indoor rower was chosen for its medical wellness grade quality, durability and proven wellness benefits and applications. “Based on our reviews, the Medical Wellness Association believes that Concept2’s exercise training equipment offers medical wellness quality and performance,” said Christopher Breuleux, PhD and President of the Association. “We feel that Concept2 exercise training equipment can work effectively in hospitals, physical medical practices, sports medicine and wellness centers, and physical therapy clinics.”

It feels great that our products are not only helping people to get fit and train for their favorite sports, but they are also aiding in the recovery from many health issues.
