I rowed in high school and college at Princeton and Oxford back in the 90's. I retired from on-water rowing shortly after the '96 Canadian Olympic trials, as my professional and family needs grew. I have been erging off and on to stay in shape for the past ten years. The erg result I am most proud of was 32:52 for 10k, while weighing 175 pounds. My goal for this year is to get my 10k back under 36 minutes—it gets harder and harder every year!
