About three years ago I was told by my doctor that I had to change my lifestyle to improve my health. In fact he said, "Improve your nutrition, lose weight, do sports." As I live far away from any public gym, I decided to build my own. I bought a few pieces of exercise equipment, including the Concept2 Model E, and a big flat screen television.
Since then I use all these devices on a regular basis with a clear preference for the Concept2. In the winter I row about 3 to 5 times a week, in summer usually about 2 to 3 times, preferring nordic walking together with my wife when the weather is nice. Most of the time I exercise for 30 minutes, sometimes 60 minutes. I must truly say that the Concept2 is the best piece of equipment I have ever used. It's always hard, it's always fun and it doesn't seem to wear at all. I am looking forward to using it for years to come. I have lost little weight, but nevertheless I am now healthy and fit and I will continue rowing on the Concept2 as often as I can.
